About Mosaic
Our CEO and founder has spent over ten years leading operations, programs, and projects in the private sector, delivering services to government agencies. She holds deep expertise in program management, project management, risk management, continuous improvement, Lean, and Scrum.
Her work extends well beyond the private sector. She served as a Program Director for a Charlotte nonprofit in the city's designated Corridors of Opportunity, leading programming, initiatives, and events designed to create measurable change for residents. Our founder did not study that community from a distance, because she built programs and served within it.
Mosaic Strategy Group was founded on the belief that a mosaic of perspectives gives the most complete picture.
